The user is also responsible for complying with these laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply.

You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes - any other use is not permitted, and you must be 18 or older to purchase from the website. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All sizes and weights quoted on this site are approximate. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within the time periods indicated; however, The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control - all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. Where delivery is delayed, The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

Processing Time:

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. The Canadian Outdoor equipment Co. does not guarantee same day shipping.

Returns & Cancellations:

At The Canadian Outdoor equipment Co., customer satisfaction is our number one objective. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, your order is incomplete or it is damaged, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Returns and cancellations are solely determined by The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return. All order cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee; once an item is shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the packaging, the product may not be returned. All returns are for credit only.

All Gränsfors Bruks axes have 20 year guarantee, and must be returned to our retail store at 199 Lakeshore Rd E in Mississauga, should any manufacturers defects arise. You will be required to give detailed information about the conditions and activities which gave rise to the defect.

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. We are unable to accept CODs or courier deliveries.
