Sil-Net Silicone Tent Sealant

Silicone tent sealant can be used to waterproof seams on tarps and tents (especially silicone treated fabrics - as only silicone will bond to silicone), but can also be used to repair small pin holes or ember holes in tarps, tents, ponchos, and winter tents - simply tape low tack tape to back of the hole, apply silicone on the front, wait overnight for it to dry and cure, and remove the tape - voila, problem solved.
