Important Notice Regarding Changes in USA Policy to De Minimis Shipments: Due to changes made by the US government and the removal of the De Minimis exemptions for American customers, many postal services worldwide (including Canada Post) have suspended small package shipments to the USA until such time that they can fully comply with the reporting and administration requirements the change imposes. As a result, we are unable to use postal methods to ship orders until further notice. Orders can be shipped via FedEx, and our Free Shipping policy does apply on the shipping/freight portion of charges, but due to the changes , please do be aware that customers will be charged and are responsible for brokerage, duties, taxes and tariffs upon delivery.

About Fox 40

Fox 40 is a Canadian company credited with developing the pealess whistle. Founder Ron Foxcroft was a part-time professional referee looking for a way to beat the limitations and flaws of the whistles of the day that used cork peas: which would jam from time to time, or fail to sound if blown too hard - causing missed infractions and affecting gameplay. After much perseverance and years of development, Fox 40 launched their pealess, molded, unltrasonically welded (not glued) whisltes to the delight of referees around the world. Today their whistles are a constant companion of not only referees, but also outdoors people, canoeists, kayakers, cyclists, hikers, etc: anyone looking for a reliable, LOUD whistle.
