Our Return Policy
At The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co., customer satisfaction is our number one objective. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, or if your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. If you need to cancel an order you've recently placed, please do call us at (905) 990-1750, or toll free at 1-844-990-1750, and we'd be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund. Please note that once an order has been packed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased at canadianoutdoorequipment.com that are received between November 10th, 2021 and December 15, 2021, may be returned through to January 15, 2022. Please note that all other terms and conditions of our standard Return Policy are still applicable with respect to these items. All purchases made after December 15th, 2020 are subject to our standard Return Policy (below).

For Canadian customers, simply ship back the unopened, unused product within 30 days of the purchase date with all original tags and packaging in saleable condition along with a copy of your recipt to the address below. Unfortunately due to health and hygiene concerns, we cannot allow returns on socks, insoles, underwear or custom products. Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
USA and International Customers
For USA and international customers, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping your product back. All returns emanating from the USA must ship via US Postal Service regular parcel post. Failure to ship via this method with accompanying RMA may result in extra charges due to customs clearance and border fees. Due to health and hygiene concerns, we cannot allow returns on socks, insoles, underwear or custom products. Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All Gränsfors Bruks axes have 20 year guarantee, and must be returned to our retail store at 199 Lakeshore Rd E in Mississauga, should any manufacturers defects arise. You will be required to give detailed information about the conditions and activities which gave rise to the defect.
Please send returned items along with a copy of the original order invoice via insured, trackable, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept CODs or courier deliveries. Returns sent via these methods will be declined delivery, and may result in extra charges.
In the case of exchanged items, no restocking fees will be applied. Shipping fees will be charged at the posted rates on our site.
