Terms & Conditions

All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Additionally, please make sure you have read our Return Policy and Privacy Policy related to the use of this website.

Processing Time

Once you have placed your order online, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.

We will contact you if we anticipate that processing time may run beyond this period. The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. does not guarantee same day shipping, but we will do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as humanly possible. In the case of pre-ordered items, or orders of mixed in-stock/pre-order items, orders will ship complete once pre-ordered items have arrived. Please note that all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. In the rare instance that delivery is delayed due to the shipper, The Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co. will work with the shipper to remedy the situation. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

Customers ordering online and looking to pick up in-store, may do so after a 72 hour waiting period to confirm payment details.
