Important Notice Regarding Changes in USA Policy to De Minimis Shipments: Due to changes made by the US government and the removal of the De Minimis exemptions for American customers, many postal services worldwide (including Canada Post) have suspended small package shipments to the USA until such time that they can fully comply with the reporting and administration requirements the change imposes. As a result, we are unable to use postal methods to ship orders until further notice. Orders can be shipped via FedEx only, and all duties, tariffs, brokerage and clearance charges will be covered by the shipping fee charged.

Esker hot tents are smaller, lighter weight, and easier to set up and take down than their prospector counterparts. One their great advantages is that you can fashion stakes and a pole for it out in the field - meaning less gear, weight and bulk for you to carry with you in the bush - in fact, packed Esker tents can even fit in canoe or hiking packs. Watch this video as Tim shares the tricks of the trade on setting up an Esker tent using only the tools of nature.

Tim grew up spending summers and much of his spare time in the backwoods of Northern Ontario and has been canoeing, camping and hiking ever since. When not running the Canadian Outdoor Equipment Co., you can find him riding his bike, hiking the Bruce Trail, canoeing, or clearing trails, cutting firewood and testing gear out in the bush.
