Although the smallest of the Swedish Forest Knives from Casstrom, the small but mighty No. 8 is perfectly balanced with a 8cm (3") long blade, and is perfect for fine motor work like whittling and food prep. Available in two handle options, with or without matching fire striker, or stabilized curly birch, with flat grind.

The Casstrom No.8 Swedish Forest Knife , is designed with performance, and precision in mind. Sized just right to fit both small and larger hands, its ergonomic handle offers a secure grip with its deep finger groove. The full tang blade, with a scandinavian grind, is made from Alleima (formerly Sandvik) 14C28N is processed with Casström's signature Cryo Quench, providing excellent edge performance as well as increased durability and wear resistance. This nimblw, lightweight knife makes an excellent belt knife, and when paired with an axe, can complete your bushcraft tool kit.

Available handle materials include Oiled or Stabilized Curly Birch or Green Micarta.

All No. 8 SFK knives come with a fully welted, veg tanned sheath with a drain hole, and a 25 year warranty.
