Designed by UK knifemaker Roger Harrington, the Casström Woodsman knife is a tough, robust, classic bushcraft and general outdoors full tang knife. With a 3.5" (89mm) Scandinavian ground blade of Uddeholm Sleipner carbon tool steel, the blade is well suited to fine wood work, and allows for the user's thumb to provide extra control near the blade tip. Casström's cryo quenching process during hardening provides extra rigidity and strength when tackling tasks that involve impact (such as battoning).
Handles are suited to medium to large hands, and handle material choices include oiled curly birch or stabilized bog oak. Each Woodsman knife comes with a welted, veg tanned sheath, and are available with or without a matching firesteel.
