The new Fallkniven CC 4 is a ceramic/ceramic whetstone used to honing and polishing once initial sharpening has taken place (with a DC4, for instance). The grey cermaic side features a 1 micron (14,000 grit) that is used for de-burring, while the super fine white 0.1 micron (+150,000 grit) white side is used for polishing. The CC4 requires no oil or water.
