Available as a separate kit, our safety toboggan lashing and strapping system can be retrofitted into early freight toboggan models, or used with other toboggan manufacturer's products to provide increased visibility and emergency preparedness when out winter camping - especially useful in low light, or when accessing areas via multi-use trails during winter's shortened days.
All D-rings are are nickel plated, and cambuckles are zinc plated for the utmost in corrosion protection. Floating lash points can accept lines up to 3/8" diameter.
Each safety freight toboggan lashing/strapping kit includes:
1) Reflective pulling harness/tump with installed D-rings (1.4m/4.5')
2 a+b) D-ring reflective lashing points (4 of each with 8' kit, 6 of each with 10' kit - inset image A)
3) Reflective floating cam buckle x 2 (inset image B)
4) Reflective lashing strap (24' for 8' toboggan, 30' for 10' toboggan)
5a+b) 4 x 2" and 2 x 1" reflective floating D-ring lashing points (for use as in inset images C + D)
