The Fenix HT30R is a Class 1 white laser light, with a jaw dropping maximum beam throw of 1.5 kilometres. It features a max output of 500 lumens, with instant activation from the dual tail switch, which allows for the operation of two lighting modes. Runs on a single included rechargeable ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 li-ion battery.
The Fenix HT30R is powered by a class one laser as opposed to an LED employed is most flashlights today. This allows for a more focussed spotlight beam, with outstanding throw properties; best suited to search and rescue, marine use, or security applications. The HT30R emits a broad spectrum of white light, thanks to its fluorescent crystal, which is similar to the LED spectrum produced by other lights, but is designed for lighting objects at a distance, not general campsite illumination. The HT30R also features a battery level indicator, and a concealed USB-C charging port, that can be exposed by untwisting the head of the flashlight. The hidden charging port creates a waterproof and dust proof seal, to facilitate it's IP68 rating.
