Rated for 12,000+ strikes, they feature 9.5 mm (0.4") diameter rod, and end cap made of curly birch, oak, bog oak or green micarta. A shock cord loop allows for the Casström firesteel to be used with Casström's (or other manufacturer's) firesteel loops on sheaths and pouches.
