Casström's No.3 Dangler is a belt accessory designed to hang further down from the waist, and dangle freely (hence the name) so as not to restrict movement, or become a constraint. Danglers can also be used to stow gloves, keys, firesteels, etc on your person when not in use.
Casström's No.3 Dangler dangles freely from your belt (hence the name), which allows for a wider range of movement (bending, climbing) without being constrained. The D-ring carabiner is 8mm thick aluminum with greater than 400kg breaking strength (but is not designed for climbing) that allows for the easy removal from the dangler leather to a canoe pack, backpack or other location without removing your belt.
The veg tanned, 3mm thick leather loop is available in standard (up to 5cm / 2" wide belts) or XL (up to 6cm / 2.4" wide belts) sizes for maximum compatibility.
