The Esker Classic 2 10x10 winter camping hot tent features a square, 4-sided design, and 30" sidewalls, which results in a highly compact, portable tent that is easy to set up, roomy, allows for the use of cots, and is perfect for sleeping 2 - 4 people with a stove.
Made in Canada from 10oz cotton "shelter duck" mold and flame resistant fabric, the Esker Classic 2 10x10 (like the original Classic 10x10) includes a two-way zipper, adjustable air vent to refine temperature control (and to help clear smoke more quickly in instances where stoves smoke when being lit), but moves the installed stove pipe ring to the front right side wall of the tent, which when paired with a stove with an elbow, and supported with staves from the environment, helps in reducing the chances of getting creosote, or embers on the tent fabric.
Capable of sleeping up to 4 people with a stove, or 6 people without, the Esker Classic winter camping hot tent requires no pole kit to erect: simply stake out the corners, guy out the sidewall, and use an available stave or pole from the environment to erect the tent. Standard construction details include double sewn and flatfelled seams, as well as full compliance with all Canadian tent and fire safety regulations.
All Esker winter tents feature sewn loops in the panels to allow for the use of a drying line, and are manufactured right here in Canada.
